Meet The Artist

Susan Halfhide is a Bangalore based artist of Anglo-Indian descent. Born in the small town of Muzaffarpur, her first inspiration was her grandmother's sketchbooks. Her works are a testament to her deep love for nature- depicting vibrant, intricate botanicals with an occasional hint of quiet surrealism.

An innate hospitality professional, the 2020 lockdown came as an unexpected opportunity for her to reconnect with her art, and in 2021 she committed to building her practice as a full time artist.

She finds herself most at peace while trekking through the Himalayas,  finding joy & inspiration in their embrace.
